I won't delve into the subtleties of the licensing, but I am curious
if you have standing to take action for violations of the licenses of
these products. As I understand it, only the intellectual property
holder can do so, not a third party.

There is the matter of due diligence to safeguard the IP of another that
you have rights to use. I can take as much action as my budget allows if
you interfere with my duties to the IP holder. The court can award
damages to cover my costs if I prevail. The IP holder might decide to
jump in as a co-plaintiff. The IP holder might do that primarily because
it supports the idea that they are selling something that is well worth
the price they charge.
