I have a need for 500 DIDs (no rate center preference, really) with *no
minimums on incoming and outgoing traffic*. Also, the numbers need to to
support ANI/Caller-ID. IP authentication and hand-off is preferred, but
I'm open to whatever inexpensive and long-term (read: reliable/scalable)
