I am done. I was just trying to "Clue" in someone that has no clue about customer support. Hopefully he gets a clue. It wasn't about the $40, its about the attitude. I wish Jeremy well but sometimes it takes a little intervention from others to bring out faulty character traits so they can act upon them.
