We have tested it under two scenarios - connected directly to a Zap channel on a digium card and via an ATA w/ PSTN gateway port. In both cases, we are experiencing poor call quality with a high degree of static interference, apparently from the GSM radio. Similar to what you hear if you are in the middle of a conversation on a traditional desktop phone with your mobile sitting near by and an incoming call comes in on the mobile.
