AgileBill does not do voip billing or manage asterisk. Part of the
reason we are switching away from AgileBill is that they developed a
product called AgileVoice which partially competes. It is definitely
not open source though.

Version 1.2 was somewhat linked to AgileBill. AgileBill was used to
process payments. The configuration you mention is more than what
I run
it on. I run it on FC 2 and FC 1 as well as FreeBSD. The
requirements
are minimal.
