Hi,
Let me add my two cents into this discussion.
Its a pity that virtually no commercial or open source software (native to Asterisks) is available to run a professional level VOIP based services such as calling card or whole sale VOIP termination services. You will find many pieces here and there , also supposedly free ( you pay to developer to work as consultant instead )m in many flavor of open source components, but not an integrated holistic solution. Hope this scenario will change soon. Ending monopolistic hefty pricing regime of incumbent legacy software such as Sysmaster or MERA or Eyebill should foster innovation from small startup telcos delivering value added services to their niches. Can someone or a group take a lead here to end this status-quo? Thanks,
Ifte

That's exactly our goal with ITSP in a box. We have a pretty good set of telephony features now (we added voicemail on the web this last weekend, IVR menus and auto attendants will enter a test cycle tomorrow, and calling cards an DISA will be by the end of the year). We also have prepaid billing with unlimited levels of reseller, affiliates, PayPal integration, etc, and more billing and reporting options are coming soon.

Our pricing is considerably cheaper than the legacy software, to the point where any decently funded startup can afford it. If you haven't seen it, the demo of the web interface (code is about 2 months old; we'll update at the end of this test cycle) is at:
