Seriously, you can't expect to run a good service if you:
a/ Don't have your own Asterisk server (things like voice are quite
sensitive to load so if somebody else decides to do some intensive tasks
your service is screwed)
b/ Don't have dedicated, guaranteed bandwith. There is enough hazardeous
internet contention as it is, so if you use a shared box and shared
bandwith you're just shooting yourself in the foot IMHO.
