IMO....
Skip the website.
I will prepay.
And if your service works, I don't need customer support.

For all the providers who's stuff doesn't work.. FIX IT.
For everyone who needs support and can find it on google or IRC.. Get a new hobby or a new job you are just running up the costs for the rest of us that do have a clue.

Like I said IMO...
