These look very much like the 1st gen Tor2 PCI cards for which the gerber designs are open sourced and readily available. The www.govarion.com folks have already been working this route for some time. They give a processor in the machine a run for its money and then some by bombarding it with interrupts. Cards work, about as well as the 1st gen Digium cards did, performance wise.
