We did the same thing, threw out the Mitel SX200 (gave it back to the
telco ) and we wrote our own billing software. Instead of interfacing to
pms, as we don't have one, we made it web based with an account per
villa (room for you, I suspect) and the staff just take the charges and
enter to the client's bill. Doing a PMS interface would be relatively
trivial as all the transactions are in mySQL.
I will be introducing a PMS later on, sio I would be happy to develop an
interface if we are going to use the same system. Let me know what PMS
system you are using.
