No, is not opensource is a product like the one that thirdlane have. Currently is used in a 300+ callcenter to monitor and manage the entire system. We deliver the product with our asterisk installations and give support 24/7 to it

thirdlane is web based (i love thirdlane product by the way).. this is windows based can be used in multitennant enviroments.

you can limit the numbers of phones that the operator can manage, u have a panel similar to the operator, plus campaigns management realtime.
