Can this be stacked to make 32 extensions?

Yes, and no. But mostly no. None of the internal functions one would
utilize, such as shared call appearance, will work across stacked
devices. On the external side, if the service provider supports it, you
would be able to have 32 extensions accessible from the outside, but
Cisco mandated a requirement that the SPA9000 not be readily stackable
so as not to interfere with sales of their higher end PBX products.
