    Assuming it's a SIP client, make sure you have NAT set to "yes"

Does anyone have experience with one way audio?

I am able to call our customer & we can hear each other but when they try to call me, I can hear them but they cannot hear me.

 

Anyone have a clue what I can do to fix this?
