I purchased a gsm gateway from
www.cyber-telecom.net (as advertised on this list in november ).
It was very promptly shipped (but got held in uk customs for 2
weeks ;( )
Once it arrived the post-sales support from sam was great.
The box works lovely with vodafone.
It does not work with t-mobile however. (but my experience with them is
that they are cheap and crap, so I guess it's something weird they're
doing)
Without knowing the product, you have probably purchased a gateway that
functions only on 900Mhz - this means in the UK you'll get service from O2
and Vodafone, but not from Orange and T-Mobile that use the 1800Mhz band.
