DIDx is just a company trying to make some money. Perhaps some of their business practices are not totally (having a hard time finding the right words here) on the up and up, or possibly even unethical, but I really do not think they are a scam or rip-off. I think they are trying to create a legitimate company with a legitimate product.
The whole concept of DIDx sounds good on the surface but is fundamentally flawed when you think about it, but I guess it could serve a market I suppose. Fortunately and unfortunately, reputation and trust is everything and is hard to change once established. Actually, it is a lot easier to lose your reputation and trust than it is to establish or re=establish it. My advice DIDx and everyone for that matter is just be straight up and honest in business. My personal advice to (having nothing to do with this thread) any business is to not try to compete on price. Provide a valuable service and create a need, and if possible a market, at that point you can set a price the market will bare. If you created the market then you basically get to set the price the market will bare. ROI is to businesses though, so keep that in mind.
