You've unlikely to get France fixed for less than 1 cent, in country
termination fees mean that on many calls the provider will be losing (We
think our rate is good, and thats 0.0062 GBP - approx $0.0107).
Even worse news on the mobile pricing, there isnt a chance! Mobile
termination rates in Europe (and in most developed countries outside the US)
are significantly higher than the fixed landline rates as the caller, and
not the called party, pays for the cost of the mobile 'leg' of the call. The
cost you should expect for a reliable mobile route should be somewhere
around $0.14 - anything else are likely to be less reliable GSM gateway
routes.

got few quotes from you guys but not all of them looks good. I am
immediately looking for france termination. Here is what I am expecting
for..I would like the rate should be less than 1 Cent to Land and 1.2 to
