Why can't they key in their credit card number, expiration date and CVS number through the phone? What you're looking to do isn't at all complicated... you'll need a merchant account with a bank that exposes some sort of API, an Asterisk machine and some development time.

It's not worth it to me to go through setting all that up, I was hoping to find someone already capable of doing this and offering a commision for the traffic. You can't do everything yourself.
