I need to find someone who is a licensed CLEC in the United States
and who also runs Asterisk on their platforms. I have an ENUM test
I'd like to perform that requires a licensed carrier. This would be
a "free" experiment (i.e.: I can't pay anything for your time) but
this would lead to some very interesting competitive knowledge that
you'd gain in the process.
