Both Fonality and Switchvox offer nice ready-to-go solutions. If you would consider just the GUI, PBX Manager http://www.thirdlane.com is a non-intrusive professional grade interface for managing Asterisk. It is a Webmin module, can be installed very quickly and is quite easy to operate.
It is available in English, Spanish, German and Portuguese, as a single or multi tenant version.
