My current provider was very good and reliable for the time I am
using them ( 1.5 years ) but now they are experiencing some issues.
I have to port my number as soon as possible and at the same time I
need the Toll-Free rate for the Canada less than 3-4 cents.
I know that in Canada it costs 2 Canadian cents per minute from MTS
What kind of monthly volumes are we looking at ?
And how much down time can you bear ? (i.e. during the portability)
