The whole deal is very annoying. I don't wanna fax anything in; I've never used a stolen credit card to buy services from VPC before; why would I start now?
They want to change the terms of service? Fine. Maybe I will change my "terms" of service with them and port my numbers to a different ITSP. The whole concept of the number was to have something that cannot (read: should not) be stored in any database, so it cannot be retrieved via a hack... They should need the code only once to verify the card - once they know that the card is valid for the account, the code should not be need any longer...
