We have been using QueueMetrics for our inbound reporting and are very pleased with it. We are also planning to base our outbound calling on VICIDIAL. Both projects have helpful developers who will accept your feedback to tailor their software to your needs. On the other hand, I've heard Aheeva's software described as "taking you ten steps forward, possibly into a wall." In other words, it gives you call center features, but if they are not exactly what you need you're stuck with them as they are.
