I know how much costs Vitrual POI from ILEC for CLEC. =)
CLEC can terminate any numbers from any CO in Canada in his POI for
price little bit higher than they will get it
from the same city.
I know what I am talking about. The same works in US. May be not that
easier as in Canada. In Canada we are quite
well regulated.
PS: Actually I don't like the idea of telecom's deregulation in Canada,
but sadly it's coming.
