We are looking for consulting on a large call center system. We need
hardware sizing for the project and the system setup. No need for onsite
service.
More than 300 extensions
Digital recording on all extensions
Cisco 5400 as the Gateway
Extra 100 FXO channels (probably over Quintum AXT4800)
Redundancy and scalability is very important.
