Hi, I haven't ordered any 800# numbers in the past for my customers, so please explain you offer a little bit.
One of my customers is a Call Center. They need 800# in US and in the UK to be routed to their asterisk box via SIP or IAX2. The client has 9 agents initially for the inbound (but currently 50 agents for outbound) and want a 3:1 ratio, so that means 27 simultaneous calls. Expected to grow to 75 agents doing inbound. Please include your setup fees and your monthly charges. Does vanity numbers have an extra charge?
