I know. But from bell I can get clear channel DS-3 local loop just for
$2700 per month.
45 Mbit from MCI Canada will probably costs 45*$250 = $11250.
Still quite expensive.
Probably it will be cheaper lease the fiber to USA =)

find it amazing that people would expect to get reliability and quality
at $2.50 a month per channel.
