search or location to find this?

Actually, Nufone's website does list the CLEC (or at least the DID
provider by name): Telesthetic

or chan_skype since this is an asterisk list :P

But I guess you can use the skype->sip converter program (the ones I
have seen create a dummy soundcard and use that to get/send audio back
and forth).  I just dont think its quite production quality yet.  Ebay
needs to wake up to the business potential of their bigger customers
using skype and open the API a bit so that you can do more than call
their GUI in effect.  but meh I digress
