I have been using www.plainvoip.com for a few months now and don't have any
issues..  They too have an API and macro for checking rates on the fly.

I'm customer and last time I called (around the early days of the Nufone
"difficulty") they answered immediately.

The vpc flexrate macro is an innovation, great for us smaller customers.
