BTW just pop an email to get a username /pass combo and poll the list at will..
you can also add to it . its like 5-6 numbers right now but we have 4 providers using /testing
make it grow.. but not too big ;)

Most pots line ld providers now have rate lookups on the website. That
alone protects consumers in most states from any pass through. How do
those carriers protect themselves?
I would not route calls to any country where such things are possible
using a pass through provider. Practice safe termination and live longer.
