Dear all,

Like the rest of the Asterisk community, we have seen these posts regarding
selling the source code for a solution for call center without knowing that
it was our solution that was involved.

Thanks to those people that knows our product and involvement in the
Asterisk community that noticed right away that this was in fact the same
solution as Aheeva CCS, the product that we are developing since March 2003.

We have also received the proposal send by Patrick Kemac with the company
name of ID Consulting in the presentation and surprisingly to see exactly
our solution and marketing material from Aheeva.

As of Monday June 12, we've been able to get a Court Order and get into
their offices to recuperate our source code along with marketing material
and proposition.

Aheeva Technology has never partnered with ID Consulting, nor that has give
rights to ID Consulting or M. Idrissi to sell the source code or reuse it.
Our source code has never been open source, except application that we have
been given to the community like app_amd() and other improvement made to
Asterisk.

If you have acquire the source code or if you are running this solution from
this company, please contact us

Regards,

Francois Lambert Georges
