Yes, the DIDs are charged per minute.
The cost per minute depends on the rate center, to view the cost per
month and per minute for a desired rate center:
1- Go to http://www.voipstreet.com/didlist.php
2- Select the state
3- Click on "See Rates" next to the city/rate center of your choice
