Agree completely. Our standard agreement is 40% 30% 30%. To begin work, we ask for 40% of the fees. When we deliver a working prototype, another 30% and when the project is complete and in use, the final 30%. Those phases are clear enough, the rest is business-dependent. _______________________________________________ --Bandwidth and Colocation provided by Easynews.com -- asterisk-biz mailing list To UNSUBSCRIBE or update options visit: http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-biz
