Cisco has several GiG-E phones, including the CP-7941G, CP-7961G and
CP-7971G which I think all come in Gigabit (The use the nomenclature "GE" in
the part number). They are not inexpensive.

I haven't heard of any gigabit phone. Why do you need a GbE for phone?
Besides it will interfere with POE.
