As far as I know, the Grandstream BT101. Great for testing but not
commercial. (About GBP40)
And the AT-Com AT-320 for IAX2. (About GBP45)
Phones built using PA168 chipset are the cheapest. Works for SIP and
IAX. 18 months ago, I could get them for about US$50/pc in low
quantities. I'm sure the price has dropped since. IIRC, the AT-320 is
using this chip.
