We're working with many Australian based call centres that perform a variety of functions to the USA/Canada/UK markets.
One of the best applications I have seen thus far is a "follow-the-sun" support desk for Volvo (Canada). The call centre takes 1st level support calls from customers in Nth America and solves more than 50% of enquiries whilst Canada is snoozing.
