I guess the thread was discussing of getting Indian DID and not with
credits :)
Also what you mentioning is the call which gets routed to Indian Call
center and which is perfectly legal since there is no PSTN connectivity
that happens (lets stick to the topic in discussion then deviating to
other issues that you probably had with your cable/cell company)

Well i am NOT as update on the local Indian Law, I do know that change will
happen, but a
little slow.
There is NOT enough demand as of today for DID , it will take some time,
before carriers will
make money on DID's .
I hope looking and skype and yahoo will tell them that it does exisit and
that they can make
money of it at least for now.

Yeah agreed for that issue.
Infact Reliance already got sued in recent past for doing that from
local Govt Carriers (they surely understand the market and are doing it
using small time players in the front)
But in any case, its not legal, since there is a clear mandate from
Govt. of India that telcos/ISP cant make it virtually available outside
India.
Although rules do change at higher levels with Vitamin M :) (which is
wat is happening in Reliance case)
