I have noticed the same issue on SIP ATA <--Asterisk----> SIP provider.
Also noticed, when I set a voicemail recording and press # at the end, the DTMF for the "#" is recorded -- this did not happen before. ATA and SIP.conf are set for DTMF RFC2833.
