essentially that is the subject.  meaning..  Subject used to be Voipjet and
is now Plainvoip.  No PV didn't use to be VJ.  Yes.  We offer support for
end users.  So yes, I am trying to pull customers that need support to
Plainvoip.  A deck rate is a term for wholesale pricing more or less.  Every
code is broke out making it cheaper for end users.
