I agree. Sure, it may be a bit embarrassing to see someone else's dirty
laundry, but it can be instructive. Personally, I might have been a bit more
discreet and just asked someone from that outfit to contact me offline stat,
but I maintain that its still asterisk business related.

I found the report of shipping hassles affecting the timing and cost of
hardphones educational. The level of detail in the complaint was a
little embarassing, but seeing the insides of a problematic business
transaction supporting Asterisk seemed to me ontopic for "Asterisk
Business".
