Our commercial Enswitch product does this and more. It supports
pre-paid, post-paid, and external application billing. It has unlimited
levels of resellers (resellers of resellers of resellers and so on), and
affiliates.
Our customers are using it in production with live paying customers
today, we can put you in contact with reference customers, and once
we've discussed pricing we can offer you a free 30 day demo system on
one of your own machines. We're also about to release version 2.2 with
many extra features.
