Hi, Folks
Brazil follows a particular implementation of MFC/R2, and a lot of E1 cards
does not work properly here. Some weeks ago, a brazilian company
(www.digivoice.com.br) released a new card compatible with asterisk that
implements Brazilian R2 using a drive developed by them to Asterisk.
This board - despite this advantages - has DSP and excelent price...
I hope this may help somebody.

Putting Digium radicalism to the side. I believe these are just the old
open source tormenta II boards (maybe slightly modified) so I think if you
check out the specs on the Tormenta II boards you will get your answer on
whether they can handle T1 as well as E1 modes.

Probably there is a better place to discuss about that,
but I couldn't find and I believe there are Govarion's current and
potential customers which are members of this list and that can indicate
me some direction. Anyway, I apologize beforehand if it is an
off-topic.
I bought very recently two boards, V400P from govarion.com to be used in
Brazil. We downhere use E1 PRIs and accidentally I didn't specify that
when I purchased the boards and both of them came with T1 support.
In the last 24 hours, I have emailed govarion.com to request the change
and no reply from them using my Gmail account, what makes me worried.
Maybe, just a temporary problem with their mail system.
Questions:
1) Does anybody know any other contact to Govarion ?
2) Does S1 switch have the functionality to switch from T1 to E1?
I appreciate any help.
