Purely for my own and possibly others' curiosity, if you don't mind me asking :

Given you have made such an important sunk cost and that the Altigen clearly is a very good piece of capital, may I ask, why the move to an asterisk based system ?
(clearly though your now selling of a perfectly good system indicates that Asterisk has given you more than 15,000 USD of 'worth')

Also interested as to how also are your agents interacting day to day with the Asterisk, if this was a custom build to link with CRMs any issues you did experience?

Subject: [asterisk-biz] Altigen For Sale

List,

Since we have moved completely to Asterisk for our PBX, we have decided to get rid of our Altigen phone system.

I'm sure there are lots of you out there that deal with more than just Asterisk, so I figured it wouldn't hurt to offer it on this forum before throwing it up on eBay.

This system can send and receive calls via PSTN POTS lines, or via h.323. We have used it exclusively with a carrier that handles h.323 to terminate and originate 95% of our calls. Call quality is superb.

Below is what is included:

Server:
19" rack mount server.
Pentium 3 processor
261MB RAM
Windows 2000 Advanced Server OS
1 - 10/100 NIC
2 - 80GB HDD RAID 1

Hardware:
1 - QtmAM0804U (8 pots 4 extensions)
1 - QtmAM0012U (12 extensions)
2 - TritonAL12EXT (2x12 extensions)
1 - Triton Resource (Resource board)
2 - TritonVoIP12PT (2x12 VoIP extensions)
1 - Dongle (to make it all work :-)

Software & Licenses:
40 - Station
21 - Agent Seat
201 - Altiview Session
1 - AltiSupervisor Client Session
10 - SDK Connection Session
OE 5.0A Base License
AltiServ Contact Center
Call Router Advanced

Pictures:

We have over $50,000 invested.
Selling for ~ $15,000 or best offer.

We also have some IP and Analog phones that were used with this system that are for sale seperately.

Please contact me today if you are interested.
I'll be posting it on eBay tomorrow afternoon.

Thanks,

William Piper
