Asterlink is great, but their interface is really annoying when - for some reason (usually your mistake) - you run out of credit: you are locked OUTSIDE of their site, making it impossible to replenish the account and bring it back to life.
If you are caught in a situation like this, you will need to send an email to their support, hope it is not a weekend, hope they read pretty soon, hope they will retry your credit card and hope everything is OK.
If they improve their interface to allow you to fix the problem (by yourself), they will deserve an A+. By now, just an A! ;-)
