Why not use open source www.xoops.org it’s free as in beer and you can implemented white label solutions as described but it’s a little tricky and you will have to skill up your own team as not a lot of commercial consultants work with Xoops.   However if money is no object, and you want to implement one of the worlds best digital marketing platforms, then check out the www.TractionPlatform.com ASP service and then give me a call.   Basically Traction is a single database multi-channel digital marketing platform that can send and receive digital marketing messages via 6 individual interfaces email, sms, web (which is what you are looking for), xml, vxml, api to api (eg you can have someone send an sms in to the platform but reply to them via email, or web survey in and reply via vxml voice call etc etc).   It’s sold via channels as a hosted ASP service (kind of like salesforce.com), but only via web developers, advertising agencies, interactive agencies and system integrators.   Anyway, one of the functionality is that we have a documented xml api with which interoperates with Red Dot Solutions www.reddot.com which is one of the worlds best CMS platforms.   Traction can actual change the look and feel of each web site visit based on previous interactions (eg gold looking site for Gold customer, or web survey feedback content on the front page if they completed their ivr survey) etc etc   Needless to say, a white label solution for multiple resellers would be a piece of cake.
