dual ethernet ports (pppoe/ethernet router) + supports SIP and IAX both
+ G729 codec and priced at $50 + shipping for 200 units.

I need to buy more than 200 SIP phones. Phone doesn't need to have display.
It doesn't need to have double Ethernet port. It doesn't need to be PoE. It
only has to support DHCP, be easy configurable and to be as cheap as
possible.
This phone is for production use, in factory. Stability is important, design
isn't.
I'm not interesting in anything that is more expensive than Grandstream 101.
