List: Western New York got pounded on Thursday and Friday of last week. In our part of town, we received almost 33" of snow. As it is only October, no of the state or town plow vehicles, etc. where ready for action. The storm caught everyone off guard and has caused further delays. We normally take 2.5 feet of snow with ease, but this time it was not the case.
Our office and most of our homes are without utilities. Most folks in our area will be without utilities until Sunday.... We have been up for most of today on generators and are working diligently with our providers and partners to have business running "normally" by mid-night tonight. Our full staff is in the office working to get all customer inquires, support issues, and pending orders completed. Please be patient as we work through this.
