Aculab's Prosody X PCI and Prosody PCI cards provide T1 and E1 telephony
interfaces and media resources via an Asterisk channel driver, and have been
certified for use with Asterisk Business Edition.

A wide range of protocols, with telecoms and safety approvals covering the
world, are supported. All protocols, including CAS, ISDN and SS7 are available
to download on a cost free licence from Aculab. Aculab cards provide an
industry benchmark for reliability, density of channels and the widest range of
functions supported.

For more information, see the release notes and the Aculab Asterisk channel
driver user guide.

The channel driver Linux package is provided in source code form under a cost
free licence from Aculab. It is available via the Aculab installation tool
(AIT) after registering your interest using the request form on Aculab's
website at: http://www.aculab.com/products/forms/asterisk_form.htm

The channel driver has been designed to work with Aculab's Linux telephony
software, which you will also need. This can also be downloaded free of charge
via the AIT, which you can download from the software downloads page on
Aculab's website: http://www.aculab.com

Note that users of the AIT need a password and username to run the installation
package and download Aculab software. A default password and username
combination (that is updated regularly) is published on the software downloads
page of Aculab's website. Users are, however, strongly recommended to obtain a
unique company specific username and password, in advance, from Aculab
technical support; please contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
