Hello,

We have deployed Asterisk in several parts of India, and being Official Digium Hardware reseller, we can provide all the digium cards that you would want.

Apart from that, we also run the Indian Asterisk User Community forum : http://asterisk.pbx.in/, this may allow you to choose some of the Indian asterisk users/developers on the user forum :)

If you are visiting India, then do visit us in Mumbai.
Please do drop me an email off-list, and I can provide you with my contact information.

Thanks & Regards,

Kumarn:

Just to be clear, your "prepaid, postpaid, calling card and call
termination", the calling cards are used from Indian PSTN and calls
terminate within India?. Or those calling card users can also make
international outbound calls?

Thanks.

*Subject:* [asterisk-biz] TrixBox/[EMAIL PROTECTED]/Asterisk Installtion in
India

Hello All:

Has anyone installed TrixBox/[EMAIL PROTECTED]/Asterisk in India?
I am visiting India later this month and I started thinking of some
questions:

   1. It is my understanding that making outbound inetrnational calls
using an IP PBB *is* permitted in India.
   2. I know that terminating incoming VoIP calls (international) to
local PSTN is still not permitted but isn't it OK to connect a local IP-PBX
with local PSTN using an FXO gateway?
   3. If so, what FXO devices have worked better with Indian PSTN?
Mediatrix1204, SPA3000, or has any anyone tried the newest Grandstream
   $-port FXO units?
   4. Of course, FXO cards is another choice - any experience with
   thise in India?

Thanks very much in advance for your insights.
