My termination with them is working as of now. I have very little left in my account and I would like to put more into the account but their paypal is not accepting funds. While I have not been able to reach them the termination has been working.

I called their PSTN number earlier and got some info from them. Brian is no longer working there. I was told that his duties have been taken over by someone named Patrick. Everyone I spoke to sounded a bit confused about what was going on. I gave the person I spoke to my name and number and I was told I would get a call back.

I would like to find someone to replace them for termination. I have an origination provider that I am happy with so far. The only thing is that the reason I started testing plainvoip to begin with is that they terminate US toll free (800, 866, 877, 888) for free. If someone can give me that same service - roughly 1.3 cents per minute average for US48 but free toll-free then I will sign up in a flash. We are coming up to our busy season and will have dozens of simultaneous calls going constantly.
