As you are providing pre-configured audiocode gateways you can use
RADIUS server feature of audiocode for CDR and accounting. This way
you don't need to pass all calls through Asterisk. You can use
Asterisk or Ser for user authentication allowing audiocode to use
reinvite feature for media path.

I think they use audiocodes for outbound (probably FXS boxes), not for
termination.
